CT LEFT KNEE

Clinical History
31 year old male presented with left knee pain and swelling following trauma. A CT was requested by his General Practitioner.

Technique
A thin section CT was obtained in Ultra High Resolution. Both boney and soft tissue multiplanar reconstructions were done.

Diagnosis
There is an irregular fracture involving the region of the tibial spines and inner aspect of the lateral tibial plateau.
A moderately sized joint effusion is present.
